A few years ago there was a girl in my life—let's call her Tanya. At the time, I was subletting a pretty nice house up in the Hollywood Hills. As everyone in the room had agreed, we were both charming people. As I waited for her response, I pictured our hypothetical relationship. By then I was panicked: Should I have typed "Hey" with two y's, not just one? A century ago people would find a decent person who lived in their neighborhood.

It turns out that improv comedy and relationships have a lot in common.

You see, both involve a partnership where two people are willing to commit, communicate, and work together to move forward.

- They were a province winner in the competition last year (it is fine for finalists to re-enter). Comedy Boot Camp producers will decide what action to take in each separate case, and will take any action that they see fit, either on the night of the performance or afterwards. Every act must agree to be filmed for TV broadcast at all stages of the competition.
